Why will you not buy my home from me?

Simple, if your home is worth a million, do you think I am going to pay you a million? If I am buying it, I would offer you the lowest price and sell it for much higher. We have laws in which an agent has to abide by. I do not want to be part of what is called: conflict of interest. So no, I will not buy your home, however, I will get as many ‘qualified’ eyes as I can to look at your house.
