I want to be paid to make your life easy! So I keep it simple: Flat Fee coupled with Full Service!

Instead of paying 5 to 7% for a traditional commission-based realtor, I offer you full service for a flat fee of under $5,000 on the sellers side. Each client can save atleast $15 000 on a home of over a million dollars using my flat fee model! Buyers fees usually always will apply. This is something you cannot get around. However, I can help keep that at a minimum for you as well. We can always ask the buyers agent to reduce their fees!
