Inform me if you only want to sell, or you also want to buy as well. If you are selling and want to buy, you can buy and sell with me, it could provide you an oportuinity for more money in your pocket! I can visit your property in person, or we can arrange for an online showing to get the ball rolling. Let me share with you a comparable market analysis, my marketing plan, discuss how to make the selling of your home as smooth as possible.

My goal is to list your home and get as many eye balls on it as possible. Your house can be a give-away, but if nobody knows about it, what good is it? Your home is speicial to you and your family, and it is only fair that people that want to buy your home get their eyes on it. This too can possibly get you more money than when just a few people get to view it. Once your home is on the market, I answer all questions phone calls on your behalf, deal with agents, title company and escrow — whatever you want, my job is to do it! So long as it is real-estate and agreed upon by us, my aim to make it all happen for you. This way, you can focus on you, and your needs. Selling a home is stressful enough, my task is to reduce your stress as much as possible.

Once an offer is presented on your home, I must ensure the buyer has what it takes for this offer to not be a bluff. I immediatly start to look into the underwriting aspects for you, title commitments, inspections, appraisal realted matter, and other important disclosures to ensure the deal ends smoothly on closing day. You will be updated until you get your money from the sale of your home sale while enjoying the money you have saved!
