Do you do Open Houses?

For a seller to get the most amount of money in their pocket, one needs to do open houses. We like sellers to work with us on this. Buyers can be demanding at times, so I prefere home sellers be flixable. A seller should timings in which they do not mind a possible buyer wanting to see the sellers home. I limit the amount of people that want to walk into your home by qualifying those that wish to walk into your home.
