Why do you charge less than others?

Selling a home is not similar to brain surgery or building a rocket ship. It is a transaction like no other transaction. Papers need to be signed, laws must be abided by. Everything is black and white, I like to keep it like that. I charge less, at the same time, I prefere to sell more! Rather than having one person I can chage more to and then just wait it out till the next client comes by, I prefere to be kept busy. This is a win-win for all.
