Your Flat Fee of $4999 covers everything on the listing agents side, no different from that which is offered at a traditional brokarage or that which is part of a traditional real estate transaction. This includes uploading photography, marketing, listing your home on the MLS, lockbox, scheduled showings, negotiation on your behalf, purchase contracts, coordination with title and escrow, and whatever else a dedicated real estate agent will deal to make things happen for the seller. When you have concerns, I will be available for you, you can reach me by phone, text, or email as often as you need. Typically I will be keeping you in the loop, so this way you will not need to reach out as often. My goal: have you pay less, while helping you to keep more!
